Role Responsibilities

Study for and complete your Certificate III in Information Technology.

Manage IT support cases and provide users with appropriate technical guidance.

Follow standard helpdesk/administration procedures.

n

Diagnose and resolve technical software issues.

n

Perform software installations.

n

Respond to technical assistance requests via phone and remote access.

n

Receive comprehensive training to support your development.
