The firm provides capital markets advisory, debt and equity capital raising, refinancing, and strategic transaction services, including M&A; advisory. You will support the execution of capital raisings (both debt and equity) and broader strategic advisory mandates, working closely with senior team members across live transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining financial models.
n
- Conducting valuation, credit, and commercial analysis.
n




- Assisting with structuring considerations and transaction analysis.
n
- Preparing client materials including pitch decks, information memoranda, and management presentations.
n
- Supporting transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle.
n
- Assisting with due diligence processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
n
- Working closely with senior team members and clients acrossa range of transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

n
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience.
n
- Backgrounds in investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, or advisory highly regarded.
n
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
n
- High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple workstreams.
n
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
n
- Motivated by learning, professional growth, and exposure to complex transactions.
