Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the branch
n
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants
n
- Deliver exceptional service to both participants and employers
n
- Coach staff to achieve high performance and professional growth
n
- Ensure the branch meets its contractual KPIs and targets
n
