Senior Procurement & Contracts Consultant - Labour Category - Perth or Brisbane

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Procurement & Contracting professional to join a major organisation and support the strategy and delivery of a national sourcing program across the labour category.

This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for driving a significant sourcing program from strategy through to execution. You will work across complex stakeholder groups including Operations, ER, HSE, Finance and Legal, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable commercial value.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong strategic sourcing and category management experience.
- Ideally, experience across the labour/workforce category.
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation capability.
- Experience leading complex end-to-end sourcing programs.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in complex environments.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience within mining, resources or another large operational environment would be highly regarded.

This is an initial 6-month day-rate contract with potential to extend, and we are open to hearing from candidates based in either Brisbane or Perth.

Flexible working arrangements are available, with an expectation of approximately three days per week in the office.
