The role

n

- Represent Clarendon Homes at the Providence display centre
n
- Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
n
- Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers
n
- Build solid customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
n
- Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
n
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
n

About you

n

n
- Proven experience in residential current home sales
n




- Previous experience with knockdown rebuild saleswill be highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of the marketpreferred
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
n
- Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
n
- Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
n
- Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
