ABOUT THE ROLE

n

As a Process Worker at breadsolutions, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for a range of tasks involved in the production and packaging of our high-quality baked goods.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Support the production process via the performance of various activities on the production floor
n
- Perform manual handling tasks
n
- Assist in machine operation across various departments of the factory floor
n
- Ensure that, at all times, all food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are met / exceeded (incl. BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program BSFSP)
n

ABOUT YOU

n

To be considered for this role, you must be reliable and motivated.

n

In addition, you will have:

n

n




- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
n
- Experience working with live product (e.g. dough or other active ingredients)
n
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
n
- Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements
n
- Comfort using technology (e.g. iPads or other digital tools for data entry)
n
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
n

n

You must be fit, strong, healthy and have plenty of stamina as this is a highly physically demanding role.

Employment is subject to satisfactory referee checks, National Criminal History check and proof of the right to work in Australia.
