Job Description

Micawber Tavern is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the leadership team in a fast-paced, high-volume pub environment. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, driving service standards, and developing a robust, high-performing team.

You will work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team to lead peak service periods, mentor FOH/BOH staff, manage labour and costs, and drive operational improvements while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
