About the role

n

This casual / or full-time role will see you working in a busy, vibrant deli environment, assisting with the cutting, slicing, preparation and service of high-quality deli goods and other deli produce to our discerning customers.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Slicing a variety of deli charcuterie such as ham, salame, saucisson, prosciutto as well as over 100 varieties of cheeses

n

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their orders

n

Restocking and maintaining the presentation of the deli displays

n

Ensuring work areas are clean, well-organised and full adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards

n

Supporting the wider deli team as needed with various tasks

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience working in a deli (a minimum of six months)

n

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

n

Previous slicing machine operation experience

n

Cheese cutting experience (preferred, but not essential)

n





Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

n

Good communication and interpersonal skills

n

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

n
