We're partnering with a growing independent marketing agency based in Miranda, Sydney to find aGrowth Marketing Strategistto join their team.

This is not a paid media execution role. They're looking for someone who can think strategically, build compelling marketing plans, present with confidence and deliver measurable commercial outcomes across a portfolio of high-growth brands.

What you'll do

n
- Develop customer-led marketing strategies connected to audience insight, market dynamics and business goals
n
- Lead integrated campaign planning and delivery from brief through to completion
n
- Build client-ready materials that connect strategic thinking with measurable business impact
n
- Apply structured, hypothesis-led thinking to solve problems and validate ideas through experimentation
n
- Champion AI, attribution and marketing technology to improve how we think and deliver
n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, paid media, social and content
n

About you

n

n
- 3-5+ years experience across marketing, brand, consulting, technology or analytics
n
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker who can turn ambiguity into a transparent path forward
n
- Confident presenting to clients and communicating complex ideas clearly
n
- Experience in B2B industries and complex customer journeys is a plus
n
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in how marketing drives business growth
n
- Curious about AI and emerging marketing technology
