ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Casual Retail Assistant to join Tableland Hardware in Atherton. You'll help trade and retail customers find the right products, advice and support while making every visit easy and welcoming.

n

Our store is open 6 days per week, you'll need to be available for rostered Saturday shifts.

n

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

n

n
- Welcome and assist customers in store and over the phone
n
- Provide practical product advice
n
- Process sales, orders and payments
n
- Keep the counter area clean, organised and safe
n
- Work with the yard and sales teams to deliver great service
n

n

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

n

n
- A friendly, helpful attitude and clear communication skills
n




- Reliability and a willingness to assist across the store
n
- Retail, hardware or trade experience is helpful, but not essential
n
- A willingness to learn and the ability to safely lift and handle goods
n
- A current LF forklift licence is an advantage
n
