Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Commercial Plumbing Foremen, Qualified Tradesmen and 4th Year Apprentices to join our Construction Division.

n

The Role

n

You'll be involved in delivering a wide variety of commercial construction projects from start to finish while maintaining the high standards Instyle Plumbing is known for.

n

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Hot and cold water installations
n
- Suspended and inground sanitary and trade waste drainage
n
- Civil stormwater drainage
n
- Fire hydrant and hose reel installations
n
- Hydraulic fit-off including sinks, basins, toilets, urinals and amenities
n
- Pressure testing, commissioning and defect rectification
n
- Reading hydraulic drawings and coordinating installations
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
n
- Representing Instyle Plumbing professionally on every site
n

Foreman Responsibilities

n

Our Foremen play a key leadership role by:

n

n
- Leading teams of plumbers and apprentices
n
- Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities
n
- Planning works to maximise productivity
n




- Ordering materials and managing deliveries
n
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
n
- Recording as-built information and project documentation
n
- Building strong relationships with builders, supervisors and clients
n
- Mentoring apprentices and developing future tradespeople
n
- Providing regular progress updates to Project Managers
n

n

About You

n

To be successful you will have:

n

n
- Current Plumbing Licence (Foreman & Tradesman)
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Strong commercial plumbing experience
n
- Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
n
- Pride in your work and a positive attitude
n

n

Highly regarded but not essential:

n

n
- EWP Licence
n
- Excavator or other plant tickets
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- Experience with commercial fit‐outs and new build projects
n
- Availability for occasional night shift work
n
