Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital on a 6 month fixed term basis! As the Team Lead Oncology Pharmacist you will lead the team to:

- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinaryteam and patients receiving cancer treatment;
n
- Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
n
- Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
n
- Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
n
- Previous experience in hospital, oncology or clinical trial pharmacy preferred
n
- Experience in using CHARM software (desirable)
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
