About the Role:

As a permanent Relief General Manager, you will support multiple Care Communities within QLD.

n

Your leadership ensures stability during periods of transition, leave coverage, or rapid operational needs, always keeping residents, families, and team wellbeing at the centre.

n

This pathway role offers rich exposure to different community environments while building the capability and confidence required to progress into a substantive General Manager position.

- Maintain care, quality, compliance, and smooth daily operations

- Build trust quickly with residents, families and teams

- Support handovers and transitions to maintain continuity of care
