Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dessert Bar Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for desserts, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills. This role involves preparing our signature Loukoumadness Greek donuts, taking orders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Experience in making milkshakes, coffees, and other beverages is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Loukoumadness Greek Donuts: Craft our famous Greek donuts with a variety of toppings, ensuring high quality and consistency.
n
- Take Orders: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service, be familiarised with Plataforms of Ubereats, menulog and Doordash
n
- Maintain Stock Levels: Monitor inventory and restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
n
- Clean and Organize: Keep the work area clean and organized,



adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
n
- Make Beverages: Prepare a range of beverages including milkshakes, coffees, teas, and hot chocolates to our high standards.
n
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
n
- Collaborate: Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a fast food or dessert bar environment preferred.
n
- Experience in making milkshakes, coffees, and other beverages is essential.
n
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
