Due to continued project wins, Civlec currently have an opportunity for a highly skilled Civil Labourers to join our team working locally on the Sunshone Coast.

About the Role

n

We're seeking reliable and experienced Civil Labourers to support a range of civil construction works including roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks. You'll be working alongside skilled operators and supervisors on fast-paced and rewarding projects.

n

Duties Include:

n

n
- General labouring on civil construction sites
n
- Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and compacting
n
- Operator of Job Truck and Heavy Vehciles
n
- Operating small plant/tools (if ticketed)
n
- Spotting for machinery and ensuring site safety
n




- Following instructions and contributing to a safe and effective work environment
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous experience in civil construction or similar field
n
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
n
- Reliable transport to and from site
n
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
n
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
n

n

MR Licnce (Mandatory)

n

n
- Tickets such as Roller, Skid Steer, Excavator, or Traffic Control are an advantage
n

n

Previous experience in assisting trenching for conduit laying and pit installation preferable. Applicants must be available for some shift work and complete a preemployment medical before commencing.
