About the role

As a Quality Assurance Officer at Fresh To Go Foods, you'll be an integral part of our team, dedicated to crafting high-quality, ready-made wraps and sandwiches. This is a full-time position that offers a stable and friendly work environment. You will be joining a team that values precision, speed, and quality in food production. Our team is passionate about exceeding the standards of convenience food, ensuring every hand-made meal is created to perfection.

What you'll do

- Conduct test sampling and handle laboratory submissions.
n
- Assist production staff with quality-related queries.
n
- Monitor and ensure daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
n
- Perform monthly GMP audits and update non-conformance registers.
n
- Investigate customer complaints and compile technical responses.
n




- Maintain document control and ensure availability of production forms.
n
- Monitor verification records and perform daily internal calibrations.
n
- Update and manage training records; conduct staff training and inductions.
n
- Perform quality checks on production lines and conduct monthly audits.
n
- Assist with site audits and follow up on non-conformances.
n
- Stop production if product safety or quality is at risk.
n
- Promote continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- The ideal candidate for the role should have:
n
- A qualification in Food Technology or Science, or extensive experience in a high-care facility.
n
- Solid knowledge of HACCP principles and continuous improvement methods.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
n
- Ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and a proactive, can-do attitude.
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
