RV Connection is a proudly family-owned and operated dealership specialising in Australian-made caravans. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Caravan Service & Repair Technician to join our Nowra workshop.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a wide variety of caravans, carrying out servicing, repairs and accessory installations while delivering quality workmanship that keeps our customers on the road.

About the Role
n
As a Caravan Service & Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
- Routine servicing and repairs on caravans
n
- Diagnosing and rectifying warranty and general repair issues
n
- Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new caravans
n
- Installing accessories and aftermarket equipment
n
- Towing caravans when required
n
- Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workshop
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work,
takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and has a positive attitude.
n
Ideally you'll have:
n
n
- Experience in automotive, electrical, plumbing, gas fitting, cabinetry, welding or a similar trade or strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
n
- Confidence using hand and power tools
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A current driver's licence
n
