Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 + Super + Overtime + Company Vehicle/Fuel Allowance

The Role

n

In this hands-on role,



you'll lead and work alongside a dedicated team delivering high-end installations across Victoria.

n

Install & Commission: Full installation of solar PV, grid-connect, and battery storage systems (residential & commercial).

n

Compliance & Quality: Carry out fault finding, testing, and repairs to AS/NZS 3000 and standard regulations.

n

Leadership: Guide apprentices and trade assistants in office to ensure jobs are run safely and efficiently.

What You'll Need

n

Valid A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)

n

SAA Accreditation (Solar Grid-Connect & Battery Storage)

n

Current Certifications: Working at Heights, White Card

n

Strong understanding of Australian Electrical Standards

n

Valid Manual Driver's Licence & basic hand tools

n

High attention to detail and a pride in clean, compliant work
