Roof Masters East Coast Australia is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy team based in Belmont. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

As the first point of contact, you will have a friendly, professional, and bubbly phone manner to handle a high volume of calls while providing exceptional customer service. Your day will also include a variety of office administration duties to help keep our busy office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities include:
n
- Incoming and outgoing phone calls
n
- General reception and administration duties
n
- Managing emails and correspondence
n
- Creating and updating client records in our in-house CRM platform
n
- Assisting the team with day-to-day office tasks
n
The successful applicant will have:
n
- Previous experience in office administration or reception
n
- Excellent computer skills and be highly tech-savvy
n
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and preferably Excel
n
- Fast and accurate typing skills
n
- A happy and positive personality
n
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Work efficiently and streamline office operations
n
- The ability to work well within a team and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
What's on offer:

- Starting salary of $70,000 per annum plus superannuation
n
- Salary increases of $5,000 every six months over a three-year period for the successful applicant
n
- Four weeks annual leave and paid personal (sick) leave
