The Opportunity

n

The Inventory Cycle Count Administrator plays a crucial role in the inventory management process. Ensuring accurate records of our stock data to assist in forward planning, purchasing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately counting and verifying the condition of stock items;
n
- Utilizing a forklift and scanning devices to count and categorise stock items;
n
- Detecting,



investigating and reporting discrepancies identified during stock counting;
n
- Escalating issues to Senior Managers in a timely manner;
n
- Building good relationships within the Team and across Departments; and
n
- Ensuring compliance with the Inventory Count and Cycle Count Policy.

About You

n

n
- Hold a current Forklift licence
n
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
n
- Strong computer skills, experience with an ERP system desirable
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Analytical problem solver
n
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, organised and adaptable
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
