Job Description

Kmart CFC Moorebank is seeking an Inbound Team Manager for the AM shift. You will oversee safety, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. You will lead large inbound teams and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires experience in CFC, planning & forecasting, solid Excel skills, Lean CI principles, and the ability to translate targets into actionable plans. This position offers the chance to impact site efficiency and safety performance.
