This is a true hunter role where you'll spend your day connecting with business owners, directors and decision-makers across Australia, identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments for our Senior Energy Consultants. The Role

n

As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you'll play a vital role in generating quality sales opportunities for the wider team.

n





Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Making 40+ outbound B2B calls each day
n
- Prospecting new business opportunities across Australia
n
- Speaking with business owners, directors and key decision-makers
n
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for Senior Energy Consultants
n
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
n
- Updating and managing activity through the CRM system
n
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise conversions
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and is motivated by achieving results.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, customer service or call centre environments
n
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
n
- A resilient, positive and driven attitude
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to work towards KPIs and enjoy a target-driven environment
n
- Australian working rights
