The Role

Based at Waters Industrial Recycling Facility in Mildura, VIC, this is a full-time role operating modern plant and equipment at a high-tech recycling facility.

Your day could include operating everything from loaders and excavators to screeners, crushers, and advanced CDE wash plants. As a key driver of our daily operations, you'll keep the site moving by efficiently loading customers, managing stockpiles, and overseeing yard activity.

About you

Experienced Applicants

- Proven background operating heavy machinery within quarry, recycling, or civil environments.
- Valid Drivers Licence, plant tickets,



and solid background operating heavy quarry plant, crushers, or wash plants (or equivalent industry experience).
- Valid Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
- Solid focus on safety, operational efficiency, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong work ethic and reliable.

Entry-Level Applicants

- Current Driver’s Licence
- Construction White Card (bonus, but not required!).
- A strong work ethic, high reliability, mechanically minded, and ready to learn fast.
- Motivation to undertake training and obtain high level plant and heavy vehicle accreditations.
