1.Agile Release Train (ART) Enablement

n

- Providea dedicated or fractional Release Train Engineerto supportone or more Agile Release Trains
n
- Act asa servant leader and chief facilitatoracross multiple Agileteams
n

n

2. Planning & ExecutionFacilitation

n

n
- Supportalignment between business priorities, product management, architecture,and delivery teams
n




- Proactivelysurface and escape delivery risks and systemic impediments
n
- Partnerwith client leadership to resolve blockers impacting flow and outcomes
n

n

4. DeliveryTransparency & Reporting

n

- Establishand manage ART‐level delivery visibility(PI Objectives,Program Boards, metrics)
n
- Provideclear reporting on progress, predictability, risks, and outcomes
n
- Supportexecutive and stakeholder communication on delivery status
n

5. Coaching & ContinuousImprovement

- CoachScrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on scaled Agile practices

- FacilitateInspect & Adapt outcomes and drive measurable improvements
