Description

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple programs and developments
n
- Partner with Development, Asset Management, and Operations teams to evaluate new projects and funding initiatives
n
- Deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning
n
- Support government funding submissions and reporting requirements
n
- Monitor performance against strategic targets, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
n




- Develop and enhance financial models to reflect portfolio expansion and evolving funding structures
n
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A; processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
n

Profile

n

n
- CA/CPA qualified with robust FP&A; or commercial finance experience
n
- Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making
n
- Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; Power BI highly regarded)
n
- Experience in NFP or government-funded environments is advantageous (but not essential)
n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a growth and transformation environment
n
- Passion for contributing to social impact and community outcomes
