Maintenance Manager - Eastern Suburbs - To $125K+ super & benefits

This pivotal role ensures safe, functional, and inspiring environments that support the wellbeing and success of the entire school community by taking responsibility for both preventative and reactive maintenance projects.

n

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

n

- Reporting to the Director and taking responsibility for minor works/maintenance projects
n
- Day to day management of the maintenance team ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Providing relevant technical advice to support asset management, building maintenance & compliance
n
- Demonstrating proven ability to manage competing priorities and a solid "customer first" approach
n





KEY REQUIREMENTS:

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Facilities/Maintenance management, ideally in a multi-site or education environment.
n
- Relevant trade/tertiary qualifications
n
- Solid knowledge of WHS regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
n
- Proven ability to manage a team and external contractors/suppliers
n
- Solid interpersonal skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
n
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
