Our client is seeking a Change Manager to join a high-profile risk program with significant organisational impact and broad visibility.

Working alongside a fantastic Change Lead, you will support the delivery of change activities that embed key risk initiatives across the organisation, ensuring adoption and alignment with business objectives.

n

You will operate within an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver change in a fast-paced and continuously evolving landscape.

12-month FTC
n $150k + super
n Sydney CBD | 3 days in the office

What you'll be doing:

n

- Support change initiatives including impact assessments, readiness activities, and stakeholder analysis to inform effective change strategies
n
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of risk responsibilities and embed risk awareness across leadership
n
- Support the execution of the change management plan to drive successful delivery of the risk program
n
- Collaborate closely with Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to manage engagement and adoption activities
n
- Assist in developing and delivering communication, training, and stakeholder readiness initiatives
n
- Monitor and report on change impact, readiness, and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing plans
n
- Ensure change activities are aligned with program milestones and business goals
n

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within risk, compliance, or regulatory programs
n
- Strong skills engaging with stakeholders
n
- Experience supporting both technology and process-driven change initiatives
n
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a change team and managing multiple activities
n
- Ability to operate in a energetic environment with evolving priorities
n
