About the Role

n

As our Junior Commercial Property Manager, you'll play an important role supporting our Property Management team while learning every aspect of commercial property management.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of commercial properties
n
- Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
n
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor works
n
- Assisting with property inspections, reporting and follow-up actions
n




- Supporting lease administration, renewals and compliance processes
n
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and property management systems
n
- Assisting with arrears management and general property administration
n
- Preparing correspondence, reports and documentation
n
- Providing operational and administrative support to the Property Management team
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in real estate, administration, customer service or a related field
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
n
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
n
- Experience with property management software or CRM systems (advantageous)
n
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in commercial property
n
- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate, or be willing to obtain one
n
