As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing and‐or midwifery services, promote continuity of care, support practice improvements, and mentor less experienced staff while continuing to develop your own professional capabilities.

Working closely with the NUM-ANUM and multidisciplinary teams, you will demonstrate strong clinical leadership and contribute to a culture of safe, effective, and person‐centred care.

n

About You

n

n
- Registered Nurse-Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience
n
- Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses
n
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
n
- Effective communication,



problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
n
- Ability to be creative, innovative and versatile when approaching issues within the clinical setting
n

Salary & Benefits

Salary $90,913 - $114,917 p.a. (Pro Rata)

n
