The Role
n
In this role, you'll support Managers and Directors across a portfolio of large clients, helping to build robust client relationships while delivering a mix of compliance and advisory services. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic projects that go beyond the numbers.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Prepare and review financial statements and complex tax compliance work for large clients
n
- Contribute to advisory services including tax planning, business restructuring, and other value-add solutions
n
- Liaise directly with clients to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality service across a large-client portfolio
n
- Train, review, and manage workflow for junior accountants
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
- CA or CPA qualified (or currently completing)
n
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Australian public practice
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience with Xero or MYOB is preferred
