About the Role

n

This is a true business development role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships and winning new business.

n

You'll be responsible for developing our go-to-market approach, connecting with decision-makers and introducing Hatrix's recruitment solutions to businesses that need workforce support.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
n
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
n
- Meeting with prospects and presenting Hatrix services
n
- Generating leads and converting opportunities into partnerships
n




- Researching markets and identifying growth opportunities
n
- Working closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless client handovers
n

About You

n

You'll be a confident relationship builder who enjoys getting out in the market, creating opportunities and seeing results from your efforts.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

- Business development or sales experience (recruitment or service-based industries highly regarded)
n
- Confidence picking up the phone and approaching new clients
n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a hunger to win
n
- The ability to build trust with clients at all levels
n
- Experience contributing to sales strategy and business growth
