Help Western Australians access courses that are normally worth thousands of dollars.

We're looking for a confident and motivatedSales Advisorto join a leading Registered Training Organisation inLiverpool, helping people start new careers throughgovernment-funded training.
n
You'll be speaking with people who'vealready enquiredthrough ourwebsite, partner sites, or digital adsabout nationally recognised courses in areas like health, education and community care.
n
Normally valued at up to$4,000, these courses are supported by government funding — so you won't face price objections, just genuine interest and a great opportunity to sell.
n
This is aphone-based role— around80–90% of your daywill be spent speaking with prospective students over the phone, supported by SMS and email follow-ups. Each conversation is a chance to help someone take a big step toward their goals — and achieve great results yourself.

- Speak with prospective students who've enquired about funded training programs
n
- Communicate through phone, SMS and email— no cold calling
n
- Build value by explaining how government funding works and what students gain
n
- Guide each student step-by-step through the enrolment process
n
- Work toward daily, weekly and monthly targets with ongoing coaching and team support
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
- You haveexperience in phone-based roleswhere you regularly speak with customers
n
- Ideally,
you also havesales or consultative experience, or the drive and confidence to learn
n
- You're proactive, organised, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
n
- You balance empathy with drive — you care about outcomes but also love achieving results
n
- Experience withHubSpotor similar CRMs is helpful but not essential
n

Your working hours would be:
n
Monday to Thursday: 11am – 7pm (April to September)and
n
Friday: 11am – 4pm (April to September).
n
Hours shift to 12pm–8pm Mon–Thu / 12pm–5pm Fri from October to March for daylight saving.
n
