Job Description

UGL Transport is seeking a Pre-Contracts Commercial Manager to be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will lead commercial work for tenders, ensure compliance with policies and assess risks during bids.

You will collaborate with bid and legal teams, develop subcontract procurement strategies and negotiate terms with clients and partners. A solid background in pre-contracts/bidding and stakeholder influence is essential.
