Hoopla Pakenham is a brand-new, high-energy venue, and we're looking for a vibrant, bubbly Barista who loves customer service and can deliver fast, consistent coffee during peak trade.

Our busiest period is 9am–2pm, and we need someone who thrives in a busy, upbeat workplace.

What you'll do

- Produce high-quality coffee quickly and consistently
n
- Bring energy, warmth, and personality to every customer interaction
n
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation
n




- Support the FOH team during busy weekend service
n
- Deliver friendly, productive service that matches Hoopla's atmosphere

- Strong barista experience in a high-volume café

- Fast milk texturing and shot consistency

- A vibrant, customer-focused personality

- Available on weekends
