ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping performance, enhancing operations, and boosting market share. As a strategic leader, you'll inspire teams and ensure our company-owned and franchise stores operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute company strategies to strengthen store performance
n
- Lead, coach, and support retail store teams
n




- Drive revenue growth and manage expenses effectively
n
- Set ambitious sales and profit targets across multiple locations
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all stores
n
- Foster strong partnerships with tyre and wheel suppliers
n
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S; standards and legislation
n
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance
n
- Champion safety initiatives and implement best practices
n

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

We're looking for a agile and results-driven leader with:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-site retail management
n
- Experience in high-volume retail or multi-site management
n
- Proven success in financial budgeting and execution
n
- Strong team leadership and development abilities
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Dedication to customer service excellence
n
- Sound OH&S; knowledge and compliance awareness
n
- Valid Australian driver's license - essential
n
- Passion for the industry and willingness to grow
