We are offering above-award rates for a highly experienced Barista who possesses a genuine passion for coffee. This position is well-suited to someone who wants stability, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in crafting the perfect cup.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

n

- A minimum of 2 years of barista experience, with a solid passion for coffee.
n
- Expertise in latte art and coffee-making techniques
n
- Experience working in a high-volume café
n
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
n




- Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
n
- The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
- Reliability, professionalism, and a well-presented appearance
n

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

n

- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee, tea, frappes, cold beverages, and other café drinks to company standards.
n
- Operate, clean, and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders, and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
n
- Dial in espresso daily and adjust grind settings to maintain coffee quality throughout service.
n
- Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently.
n
- Take customer orders, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and EFTPOS payments.
