Lead Something New from Day One

n

This is a rare chance to step into a Centre Leader role for a brand-new Pacific Smiles centre opening in Indooroopilly. Starting in May, you'll work closely with an experienced State Manager to prepare the centre for launch – from building team capability to embedding systems and setting the tone for a high‐performing, patient‐focused setting ahead of the late June opening. This is your chance to build a team, shape a culture, and lead a centre from the ground up.

Your Opportunity
n As Centre Leader, you'll take ownership of the day‐to‐day operations, team leadership and patient experience – ensuring the centre runs smoothly and successfully from day one. You'll be supported with structured onboarding and training prior to opening, giving you the tools and confidence to lead effectively.

- Leading, coaching and developing your team

- Partnering with the State Manager to prepare for centre launch

- Driving a positive, high‐performing team culture

- Managing rosters, workflows and daily operations

- Ensuring an exceptional patient experience every time

About You

n

- Experience in dental, healthcare or a similar clinical environment (dental highly regarded)
n
- Proven leadership experience in a multi‐disciplinary or service‐based team
n
- Robust organisational and operational management skills
n
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
n
- Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
n
- A proactive, hands‐on leadership style
n
- Excitement about launching and leading a new site
n
