A high-growth biotechnology company is pushing the boundaries of oncology drug development, with multiple programs advancing across solid tumours, AML and lung cancer. This role is ideal for a Medical Director who wants to combine scientific depth, strategic influence and hands‐on clinical impact.

The Medical Director will play a central role in clinical strategy and trial execution. You'll lead protocol development, engage investigators globally and help guide oncology programs through key stages of development. This is a position where your expertise directly shapes patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Act as Medical Monitor and Safety Physician across cutting‐edge oncology studies
n
- Lead protocol development for pivotal and early‐phase programs
n




- Build strong partnerships with global investigators and KOLs
n
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Regulatory and R&D;
n
- Provide scientific and strategic insight to optimise study design and execution
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- Medical Doctor (preferred) with deep oncology or haematology‐oncology experience
n
- Strong background in clinical trial design and protocol development
n
- Experience with FDA/IND submissions and IND programs
n
- Strategic thinker with strong GCP knowledge
n
- Collaborative mindset suited to a dynamic, quick‐paced biotech environment
