Job Description

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator will lead a service, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. You'll design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and serve as the school community's main contact, building robust relationships.

You will mentor your team, support staff development, and manage compliance and admin tasks to keep the service running smoothly. Hours are 6:30am–8:30am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin time.
