We're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join one of Queensland's leading civil contractors.

n

If you've built your career delivering DTMR or Local Government road projects and enjoy leading crews, planning works and driving production, we'd like to hear from you.

This isn't a FIFO role.

n

This is long-term work across Brisbane and South East Queensland with a contractor that has a strong project pipeline and an excellent reputation for delivery.

The Projects

n

You'll take ownership of projects valued between $10M and $50M, including:

n

n
- DTMR Road Upgrades
n
- Local Government Infrastructure
n
- Bulk Earthworks
n




- Drainage & Underground Services
n
- Pavements
n
- Bridge Works
n
- Ground Improvement
n

n

Your Responsibilities

n

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of your site including:

n

n
- Leading site crews and subcontractors
n
- Coordinating plant and resources
n
- Planning daily and weekly works
n
- Driving programme and productivity
n
- Maintaining safety and quality standards
n
- Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers
n
- Building a positive site culture
n

n

We're Looking For

n

You don't need to tick every box, but you'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience supervising DTMR or Council road projects
n
- Solid knowledge of earthworks, drainage and pavements
n
- The ability to lead crews from the front
n
- Good planning and organisational skills
n
- A practical, hands-on leadership style
n
- Commitment to safety and quality
n
