Future Golf is looking for a Content Creator to work closely with our Content & Community Manager, bringing our content to life end to end from idea, to shoot, to edit, to publish. Help us bring the clubhouse online and build a community golfers want to be part of.

This is a hands‐on creator role. One day you're capturing member stories on course, the next you're editing a Reel for tonight's post or building the next drop of content for our in‐app stories platform.

You'll shoot, edit, appear on camera, and use AI and design tools to multiply your output - all while protecting Future Golf's brand lens across everything you touch. If you live on TikTok, edit fast, and want your work seen by a growing community of golfers around Australia, this is the seat.

What you'll be doing.

n

Conceptualise, shoot, edit and publish high‐volume, native‐feeling content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

n

Own the in‐app stories platform - content, cadence and performance.

n

Use editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects or equivalent) to keep content sharp and current.

n

Use Canva and AI creative tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality.

n

Maintain a strong brand lens across every asset, even in fast, raw, trend‐led content.

n

Spot trends early and adapt them to Future Golf, pitching new formats and recurring content series.

n

Track content performance across platforms and use insights to keep improving what you make.

n

Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships and Events teams to ensure content supports acquisition, retention and member experience.

What we're looking for.

n

Strong TikTok and short‐form content creation experience, with a portfolio to prove it.

n

Confidence shooting and editing end to end, on mobile and desktop.

n





Experience with Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

n

Working knowledge of current editing trends and implementing motion graphics.

n

Genuine, hands‐on experience using AI creative tools as part of your everyday workflow.

n

A sharp eye for brand consistency, even when moving fast.

n

Comfort on camera and hosting/interviewing in dynamic environments.

n

Passion for sport, community and storytelling - interest in golf is a plus.

Location & Working Arrangements

Based in Melbourne, with a hybrid working model.

n

Office located in Sandhurst.

n

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.

n

Flexibility to work remotely part of the week, with time in the office and out filming across clubs and events.
