Full-Time Barista / Bartender (Hospitality All-Rounder)

We're looking for an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to become the face of T House at Jells.

n

This is not just another café job. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences across our café, restaurant, events and functions while helping build one of Melbourne's most exciting hospitality venues.

About the Role

n

As our Full-Time Barista / Bartender, you will:

n

n
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
n
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits and classic cocktails.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and professional attitude.
n
- Open and close the venue.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee and bar area.
n
- Manage beverage stock, ordering and daily inventory.
n
- Assist with functions, private events and weekend entertainment.
n
- Train and mentor junior team members.
n
- Work closely with management to continually improve service standards.
n
- Operate the POS system and process customer transactions.
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety,



RSA and venue procedures.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista.
n
- Bartending experience with knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits.
n
- Current Victorian RSA certificate.
n
- Ability to produce consistently excellent coffee under pressure.
n
- Friendly, energetic and qualified personality.
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
n
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
n
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays when required.
n
