About the Role

n

As the Change Analyst, you'll play a key role in planning, developing and delivering change management activities that support large-scale transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to assess change impacts, develop change plans, and ensure people are prepared and supported throughout the change journey.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and deliver change management plans, activities and deliverable to support program outcomes.
n
- Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness assessments using recognised methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR.
n
- Perform current and future state analysis to identify business impacts and support transition planning.
n
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans that drive awareness, understanding and adoption.
n
- Produce high-quality change documentation, reporting and progress updates.
n
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues and gain buy-in.
n




- Identify and manage change-related risks and escalate issues where required.
n
- Collaborate with project teams and business units to ensure business requirements are understood and translated into effective change activities.

About You

n

You'll be an experienced Change Analyst with a proven track record supporting enterprise transformation programs. You enjoy working with stakeholders, navigating complex environments and helping organisations successfully adopt change.

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience delivering change management activities on large transformation or technology programs.
n
- Strong knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
n
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and organisational readiness activities.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
n
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work across multiple work-streams in a fast-paced project environment.
n
- Experience within large, complex or highly regulated organisations will be highly regarded.
n
