What you'll be doing:nn
- Oversee up to 20 residential home builds concurrently through to handover
n
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and performance across all trades and subcontractors
n
- Build solid relationships with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on time and on budget
n
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on every site
n

Requirements:nn
- QBCC Supervisors or Builders Licence is essential for this role
n
- Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
n
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
n

Personal Qualities:nn
- Strong leadership and team-management capability
n
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
n
- Proven commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
