About the roles

n

OurLeading Handswill be hands-on while keeping a crew organised and the job moving, working closely with the site foremen day-to-day.

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Trade qualified — carpentry background preferred for Leading Hand roles
n
- 5+ years onsite residential experience
n




- Minimum 2 years in a leading hand, foreman or supervisory role
n
- Experience in high-end single residential and/or Class 2 multi-residential
n
- Good eye for architectural detail and finishes
n
- Confident managing subbies, schedules and client-facing situations
n
- Full working rights in Australia

$110,000 – $140,000 + super + performance bonuses + overtime opportunities
