About the Role

n

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a key labour hire account, delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
n
- Sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships on-site
n
- Coordinating workforce requirements and filling vacancies quickly
n




- Managing employee and client enquiries professionallyHandling challenging conversations with confidence and care
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

n

Ideally you'll have:

n

n
- Recruitment, labour hire or high-volume account management experience
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- The ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Confidence to have difficult conversations when required
n
- A positive attitude and genuine team-first approach
