Our client, a prominent Federal Government agency is seeking MULTIPLE skilled and experienced Program Manager/Project Manager to join a major cyber resilience and technology modernisation program, delivering strategic initiatives that strengthen cyber security, information protection, operational resilience and secure digital services. Working within a collaborative, high-performing team to deliver complex ICT projects that enhance security, operational resilience and digital capability for the department. This role offers a 12month contract—with a further 2x 12 months—reflecting the strategic importance of the work.

The successful Candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to;

n

n
- Providing leadership to senior and junior project managers
n




- Ensure projects are adhering to establish plans, standards, processes, and procedures
n
- Understand, translate and prioritise project interdependencies
n
- Track multiple project costs, scope schedules and performance against project milestones
n
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships
n

n

The successful Candidates will need the below:

n

n
- 5+Years experience managing multiple IT projects Simultaneously
n
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
n
- Demonstrated transparent, effective communication skills
n
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
n

n

Security clearance is highly desirable.
