The ideal candidate is a nurturing, enthusiastic, and dedicated educator with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. This is a full-time position, with part-time or job share options considered, commencing at earliest availability.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

n

n
- Ability to articulate and model a Christian worldview and integrate Christian values into early childhood education and leadership.
n
- Certificate CHCPRT025 – Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
n
- Current approved Working with Children Check (NSW)
n




- ACECQA approved First Aid Certificate including anaphylaxis and asthma management and CPR
n
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF (V2.0), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or Currently working towards an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification.
n
- Experience in an approved education and care service
n
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum, supporting curriculum development and documenting children's learning and development.
n
