We're partnering with a well-respected organisation to recruit a Business
n Compliance Officer for an approximately 4-month contract.

n

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing field work with administration, building strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance across wastewater and recycled water services.
n The role supports trade wastewater compliance, customer engagement and risk management activities.

n

About the Role

n

Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll spend around 50% of your time on client sites conducting inspections, completing compliance and WHS assessments, engaging with customers and gathering information to support compliance outcomes.

n

The remainder of your time will be office-based, preparing reports, managing documentation and following up with stakeholders.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections and compliance assessments
n
- Engage directly with commercial customers and stakeholders
n
- Gather and document site information accurately
n
- Prepare reports and maintain compliance records
n
- Assist with ongoing improvement of customer compliance programs
n

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is naturally curious and has an eye for detail.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Experience in compliance, inspections, field services or customer-facing operational roles
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence working independently across both office and field environments
n
- Excellent organisational and report writing skills
n
- Sound computer skills and attention to detail
n
- A current driver's licence
n

n

Highly regarded

n

n
- Plumbing, drainage or wastewater industry experience
n
- Knowledge of trade wastewater, water utilities or environmental compliance
n

n
