We're partnering with a well-established Australian brand to appoint an experienced NewProduct Development Manager to join their growing Product ranges.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a formulated product portfolio, leading innovation and product development from concept through to launch.

n

Working collaboratively across Product, Design, Marketing, Planning and Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in delivering commercially successful products while identifying new opportunities for growth.

About the role

n

This is a broad and commercially focused position where you'll be responsible for:

n

- Leading end-to-end new product development across formulated products.
n
- Identifying emerging consumer trends and translating them into commercially successful products.
n
- Managing the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch.
n
- Working closely with local and offshore suppliers and manufacturers.
n
- Driving packaging innovation and sourcing opportunities.
n
- Managing supplier relationships, cost negotiations and product quality.
n
- Partnering with Compliance to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
n
- Presenting new concepts and product opportunities to senior stakeholders.
n




- Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities to optimise the range.
n

About you

n

You'll bring experience within Product Development, NPD or Product Management across beauty, personal care, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG.

n

You enjoy balancing creativity with commercial outcomes and have experience managing products from concept through to launch.

n

You'll also bring:
